Top up or down

for fun i put the top up on my corner scales... cross weight stayed the same but rear percentage went from 50.3% to 50.1%... its little but more weight over the rear end sounds good to me

Pros-

Can hear the engine better.
Can hear the tires better.More head room with helmet
I agree, for autocross top down is probably better. The increase in drag is might be offset by the lower cg

hmm all interesting points and facts and didnt know that it would be that big of a difference for cd on top up down and hardtop.

Top down for better view of the auto-x course. Risk vs reward, vision will help you more than less drag in auto-x
