Default Which tow hooks to go with?

I got 5-6 times a year to HPDE events. Mainly Thunder Hill and Laguna. Just looking to put some tow hooks on the car just in case shi happens. Is the stock one ok to use? I have it on the front of the car. Should I buy another oem for the rear? Or go with an aftermarket set? tow hook or strap?

Stock work fine. Aftermarket is for bling and a bit more functionality.

Raceseng.com makes nice ones but a bit pricey. Front ones support a GoPro on it as well

I have the Raceseng front. It's a really nice looking and well made piece. One of the few pieces of "bling" on my track car.

FYI - the tow hook comes OEM with the road side kit in the trunk. Unless you bought used and it was missing...

Got stuck off track in some deep grass before. The hook they used to tow me out would have been too big for the OEM tow hook. I had a J's racing one at the time that worked great. Had to get rid of it since it mounts where my splitter mounts though.

Anyone have any recommendations for tow straps?

Thanks. They are spring loaded as well so they stay in place and don't flop around. One advantage versus others.
