EdgeRacing.com and FrisbyRaceTire.com have them as well. Looking at prices, they all seem about the same (edgeracing and frisby are the exact same prices, which leads me to believe there may be some fixed price Toyo won't allow them to be sold under).

Check the Evolution-M forum, there are always used RA1's there cheap in 17" Sizes. I picked up a set of nearly new 255/40/17's for 325.

Bimmerworld also has cheap 235/40/17 scrubs, I think 90 or 110 a piece.
