Default Track gurus input please..

I'm not here to hear about getting hitting the gym to save some weight (i probably wouldn't be able to drop anymore anyway ), nor do I want to hear comments like "remove the motor for big savings".

I'm looking for info from those that have attempted or have reduced weight from the S.

I'm not stripping the car to full race specs, but would like to do my best to reduce weight for track days and still keep the confort level for daily use.

These are my current plans:
Wilwood 4pot system which saves about 33lbs
volks(possible ce's) which will save about 17lbs
remove unecessary items from trunk which should yield another 50lbs in savings.
70mm titaniumheaderback system saves about 58lbs(should gve some power gains also)
flywheel/clutch kit about 9lbs
battery should save another 12lbs

I'm looking at about 180lbs of savings, and I think even with these the car would be great for street use.

If I am wrong with anything listed please do correct me.
Also curious as to opinions on other areas I should looke into. Not looking to replace header or intake right now, but i know those will give some decent weight decreases also.

Also thinking about replacing atleast drivers seat, but not sure if it's worth it. How much do the stock seats weigh?
Is there weight to be saved in the suspension aspect like the shocks and such? Will be going with kw v3's and was curious if this would also remove some weight?

All help is appreciated

removing A/C saved over 26 lbs. also lighter seats would help. and the rear tray is quite heavy.

Softtop is the biggest loser so to speak.

From there everything else not listed is a big compromise.

^That and bore out the holes in your pedals. I kid you not, I asked this grossly overweight Porsche Club guy at a track day once why he drilled big holes in his pedals.

I had a similar experience with a corvette owner who changed his horn to save 1lb!

Windsheild washer fluid is something else you can get rid of to reduce weight. Our washer tanks hold about a gallon of fluid that weighs about 10lb.
