Default Using GPS Logs with Autocross

Does anyone know of some good pocketpc or palm software that, when combined with a gps, will give you a profile of your speed along the course?

I have found software that will log the NMEA sentences from the GPS. That contains all the information necessary to calculate speed, however I have not found software that will plot the data and give you information on speed at any point in the course. I'm sure it exists, but I just can't find it.

I know there are some all-in-one hardware products which analyze this for you, but I really just want to hook my sporttrak pro into my jornada and log the data and examine it later. I do have a program that will log it and play it back- but it only shows you your speed in time, not with a graphical display of the route.
