Andrie, if you have not already, you can use Hondata Flashpro/Kpro to get more power out of motor.
We are running Kpro. The car currently make 220 whp. I'd like to make another 50 more Hp. I have yet to see any NA s2k that can make 250 whp.
Are cams allowed? What about ITBs? I think a good cam/itb setup from Urge/Endyn would get you pretty close to that.

Yeah, ITBs aren't exactly proven yet. It's very tuner and ambient condition dependent.

In that case, do cams and maybe try out what the auto-cross guys have discovered. See below

I hear its too small for the f20/f22 too!
Interesting, the company building my SSM motor says the stock intake for the F22 (mainly the runners) is too large and one of the many reasons for the low mid range numbers. We made the intake runners smaller with a bigger plenum and made power everywhere.

That was a really fun race to watch, especially the start! I think Sean and the PTech guys had a few go pros on the car so Ill see if I can get ahold of those videos for you.

nice work! seems we should bring the volvo back out and simply put some slicks on it!
Amazing that none of the GT cars are taking advantage of the allowances and going quick, Well placed and well raced!
I still think an s2000 should dominate that series. I know that when we went testing, I Was able to run half a second quicker in my str s2000 then the fully prepped volvo in USTCC trim, figures!

To tell you the truth I got lucky on this one. a well sorted BMW is a killer. The BMW that I drove in 25 hrs is a good second faster than my s2000. And it has 11:1 power to weight. The top runner GTS3 cars is a good couple of seconds faster than my car. See my video at thunderhill race a couple months ago. Those BMW was 3 seconds faster and it would slot into USTCC GT with plenty to spare.

Do bring your car out. The more the merrier!

Blacktrax can probably squeeze some more HP out of the car for you with BC Stage 2 cams. They are relatively cheap per added HP. You'll still be way down on power compared to the rest of the field, though.

What's your race weight at Andrie? Its hard to gain NA power but easier to bring down your ratio by reducing as much weight as the rules permit. I've seen s2ks weigh around 2300lbs sans driver.
