i'm after immidiate turn in.

current setup:
- tein monflex 12kg front / 10 kg rear, set for 13 (16 is softest)
- eibach front and rear sways set for softest (suppose to be 65/90 f/r vs stock ap2 47/68)
- volk re30 STAGGERED wheels with a bit different offsets than stock - front EXTEND an extra 11mm, rear EXTEND an extra 8mm (according to net calculator)
- ride height ~0.9" lower than stock
- tires Toyo R1R staggered 215/245
- tire pressure - 37-38 on hot

current allingment:
Front:
- camber 2 1/4
- caster 5.5 (i hate "heavy" steering)
- toe out total 2.5 mm
Rear:
- camber 2
- toe in total 5 mm

currently handling is quite neutral but turn in is not fast as i would like it to be.

anything i can do with allingment to improve it?

seams to me increasing front camber and toe out should help - but i'm concerned with crazy tyre wear....

 

Upsize your front tires to the 235-17s.

 

I don't think he can do that. His sanctioning body requires stock tires sizes if I remember correctly, hence the 215/245 setup and not 225/255 or something else.

 

true - for MOT/police i can only go with stock tire sizes

 

My S2K turns in great, but then I have JRZ Pro-RS double adjustable coil overs.

 

I normally run around the 6-10 range when I drive on those dampers which should help a bit. Try 7 and tune from there, it'll give you a bit more low speed rebound that'll translate to a delay in roll which will increase transitional speed.

You can also try running zero toe. You get pretty decent suspension movement with those spring rates and the car toes out a decent amount under compression which will possibly give too much toe out and make it a bit numb on entry.

Why are you running toe-out up front? I'd start here and go to factory spec 0 front toe.

I second the solution of softening the front dampers. Stiff=quick turn in until you start breaking the front tires loose into understeer at turn in.

 

Add more spring to the rear.
