Warped Rotor Question

I'm pretty sure he meant cobalt pads, not rotors. Rotors are a commodity for the S2K. Changing the rotors is easy. There are two screws holding them on. An impact driver makes it easy to loosen those screws. That's about all there is to it.
I don't think swapping rotors back and forth is something most would want to do although it is ideal. Only if the last 10th of a second matters. I don't know of anyone who has separate track rotors for their daily driver (Ry, yours is NOT a daily driver
)
changing rotors and pads can be done pretty quickly, if you're changing pads changing the rotors too is only 2 extra bolts and 1 (I only run 1) screw.
But I wasn't saying that. I was saying turn his current ones so they aren't warped and run them on the street till the next track day. But if he's already got new pads he should just put the new rotors on with the new pads.
Either cobalt compound shouldn't leave deposits again. If you still find you have problems with the gt-sports (I'm assuming thats what you got) then your a late, hard braker (which is a good thing) but you then should consider race pads.
Also cooling helps a LOT.

Good thing I might not be there
