Looks like an awesome product and well thought-out! Great work

What has been done in the customer service department of WASP? The last time they were active in the forums, many were dissatisfied in their communication & delivery schedules.

Thank you for your kind words.
believe it or not the whole operation of WASP is being handled by 3 individuals. Bryan (the owner, designer, customer service, shipping) who started the company in his garage few years ago, Robert the main fabricator and Bam who is in charge of making the splitters. we are well aware of some of the bad reviews here on s2ki but we do know that they have had many satisfied customers over the years who have bought multiple products.
In order to bring confidence back to buyers we included Bryan's direct phone number in the invoice and emails so anyone can contact him directly to get status update and shipping eta. we also have hired 2 additional people who are being trained (justin and mike) to help with sales and shipping.
we are confident that WASP is here to stay and 2016 is going to be their best year as they are building one of the fastest time attack cars in collaboration with tony fuentes. new products include a carbon fiber wing (designed by aerodynamicist currently working at Tesla with formula 1 background), carbon fiber hood (which will weigh less than oem hood), trunk and wider front fenders.

I also urge everyone who purchases the cooling kit to write a review for both the product and customer service and let this be a start of good reviews.

Is Allan still part of the crew?

And when do you expect production to start?

We also added Voltex front ducts in addition to our previous AP1 and AP2 front ducts with 2.5" outlet.
all ducts can be installed with any epoxy or silicone adhesive.

Great looking product, would love to get my hands on one but I'm still debating on stock vs bbk.

Just a question, have you guys considered adding air guides to the heat shields as an alternative to brake ducts. Many open wheel cars do this, manufacturers also apply this as a low maintenance brake cooling method and motoiq added air guides attached to control arm. This can be a simple alternative for those wanting to avoid adding hoses to their car.

I ca vouch for wasps quality, I have one of the original splitters from the very first group buy and it's still holding up now. I've hopped countless curbs (on track), scraped the driveway almost daily and even bumped it against the sidewalk and it still in one piece.

I agree. I'm running a WASP kit in the front w/ a stoptech kit, but air guides for the rear and even for the front so people have a choice would be great.

Interested in the hood. Any eta or designs? Assume vented...

I did purchase this kit from Bryan over a year ago. It took a while to get but i am very happy with the product. The difference in temps are noticeable. I have their side spliters and those look great.

Bryan makes great products but i can see how he was over whelmed at one point. Now that he has more people, i am sure things will be only better
