Default A weekend at the California Speedway

Price: Timetrails/Lapping: $400 both days, $250 one day

Duration: 2 days 4+ hours of track time per group!**

Track: California Speedway Fontana, CA

Registration: https://speedventures.com/event_forms.asp

Timing: Transponders are available for rental.

Event Info:

Join us for a great weekend at the incredible Cal Speedway, where we'll be
running the full infield track in the clockwise direction (though we may run
CCW on day two if the track will allow it and our drivers want to do so).

Our typical schedule is three run groups, with five sessions per group,
25-30 minutes per session, though we do occasionally go to a four run group
schedule when conditions require it.

*Novices in this case are those who have not driven on a track before. If
you have previous experience on track and are comfortable driving solo, we
respect your decision on whether to use instruction or not.

**Note - Details of this event are subject to change. Event will run rain or
shine.

Sounds like fun but i just came back from the redline time attack this past sunday. I may have to sit this one out. Cal speedway is such an expensive track to rent and it offers 1/4 the excitement of buttonwillow .

I was just there this weekend with Maxrev and Stinky. Rob put the smackdown with a 1:14 on the same config as last year's s2ki annual meet. I beleive Karner held the previous track record with a 1:16.

I'll be there for the time "smack" attack

I'm gonna be racing w/ SCCA at Sears Point this weekend. So I can't make it.
