Default What AutoX Class am I in?

I just did my first autocross yesterday and when I arrived they put my in the rookie/novice class but asked what class I should be running? I really have no idea, Can you guys let me know where to look?

2006 S2K. K&N FIPK, Invidia exhaust and TP, Hondata reflash. Aftermarket wheels and tires but OE AP2 size. Stock suspension but with a upper strut bar.

Thank you!

You'll have to install a catalytic converter in place of the test pipe for STR.

Nope, you're good to go for the STR class. BSP is less strict. If you're interested about classing limitations, read through the SCCA rules - 2009 Solo2 Rules.

as far as s2k's go BSP allows you to go much wider with wheels and tires and lets you use R-comps... It also allows you to delete emissions and a few other things... STR is 9in wide max wheels, 255 wide tires max, need emission control, only street tires allowed and a few other small differences....

as far as competition, in BSP you will be agains evos and STIs with boost cranked up on huge R-comps and generally be outclassed even if you built your car to the limit... in STR you will be against 350Zs, BMW Z3/4, Miatas, Pontiac Solstice and a few others with similar tires to you and similar mods and will be fairly competitive at least locally.
