I blocked off #2 and #4. I used a 1.5 qt summit racing breather bottle with an air filter on top. It came with one input and I added another by buying a 'replacement fitting' kit and cutting a second hole. #1 and #3 are connected to this can. It is mounted to a bracket on the front crossbeam.

From an old search I read about "Krank Vents" Are these also still a viable alternative?

I bought an ebay 1/2l $15 one and stuck it next to my Deka battery

I think I only connected it between 3-4, I didn't know 1-2 could cause smoke

I only realy got blowby/smoke in Roebling T4 and it stops it for me except it can fill the catchcan in one session sometimes

dan_uk, can you snap a quick pic of your setup. I too have one from ebay but not sure where to mount the can itself.

^^Thanks! Thats what I figured. That was where I was going to try and fit it. I think I can still get the can in there with my regular sized battery, but below the ac line, using the tie down as the mounting point.

The one I use: $20

I laugh at people who spend $200+ on what could be done for $5 (used pepsi bottle and some rubber hoses).

Also, I run it where one line from the PVC goes to one side of the catch can, while the other side of the catch can goes back to the intake manifold.
this is on an otherwise stock motor (no K&N, no header, etc).
