Default WIng Risers and Aero with softop

I run a GTc-200 with risers and the softtop, I found this today I had never seen it before.
I heard some people say they didn't feel like the risers did a lot, I'm wondering if we're better off running this wing low with a softop?

What I want to know is the effectiveness of a wing when top down. Running at Homestead they made me run top down. Honestly should have taken the wing off to see if there was a difference.

Anyone else have knowledge of top down aero?

Next mod will be hardtop for me.

I'm assuming that's a real smoke stream and windtunnel test in the beginning of the video. That should give you a general idea of the airflow. However, I doubt the wind is being set at a high speed. I'd expect more dispersion of the smoke stream after the windshield. I could be wrong though.

Please let us know if you find it, I'm definitely curious about soft top and aero combo.
