Wow! My S2K and BMW are as fast
Gee, I was at my local track today. Which I was very very familiar with. I brought my BMW last week and I ran 1:23.56 was my fastest and 1:24 something on average. Now, the BMW has lots of Suspension upgrade, AP Racing brake, bigger wheel and tire, LTW flywheel, A032R and PF90 pads.
Now, S2000. Bone stock, ATE super blue brake fluid, R4S pads and stock size Yoko A032R. It ran average 1:24. They weren't allow me to put the top down, so my timer didn't work. But, I have my friends timed me. All in all, they are almost identical. The money that I spend on the BMW is at least 15K over the money that I spend on S2K. Man, isn't this amazing?
Imagine! suspension, bigger tire, bigger wheel, bigger brake and roll bar. That will make this car dip into sub 20s. Wow, that is going to be one hell of a fast ride.
Too Cool.

This is my 325is. My M3 is not here yet. I am still waiting for SMG 2 stuff. The track where I ran is 1.4 Miles long. Very very twisty. There are 13 turns total. So, HP doesn't help that much on this track. My friend's 91 911 Turbo with bigger turbo (he complains that he can not get full boost on this track) and Dunlop Slicks can do 1:17 on this track. But, he is very very very good. (pro racer).
