Well fellas I got tuned on my new numbers yesterday and today I went for a little drive to my buddies house.
We decided to go for a little cruise on a well known highway in Jersey where there tents to be High horsepower cars, lol.
So here I am driving along enjoying the burble of my chut-out as well as being intoxicated by its fumes.
Here I am cruising when what do I see pulling out of a parking lot going WOT..................................
A beautiful Blue C6 Z06, lowered, and LOUD.
I see him come up hard, so I go WOT to show him I am down to play, (doing about 65mp)he goes WOT and son of a bitch I kept waiting for him to pass me and it didnt happen
. I was not able to look back but he def did not pull on me.
He drives up and gives me a thumbs up I do the same and we are off again, same thing basically a dead even run with me even pulling a tiny bit.
So we go to make a u turn and he asks me if I want to line up and do a pull, I hesitantly said ok, I sad when the light turns green and we straighten out from the U-turn we will go from around 40MPH (big mistake on my part).
Light turns green and we go and when we get lines up we go WOT, I am tuned for Boost by MPH so in 2nd gear I am only making 12lbs of boost, this cost me, because when we both went he immediately got a jump then when I hit third and the turbo spooled I immediately stopped his pull but by then there was traffic.........
we both stopped at the light and he was nice guy, said "nobody ever hangs like that." I said thanks told him what I made and how I was limited in boost to the lower gears (ricer I know), asked him what he had he said "nothing really" just intake, exhaust and some other things
either way its nice to know I cna hang with a Z06 and I know "thinking" doesn't mean much but I think from a higher speed I would have had him, my car is a COMPLETELY different animal in 4th gear at 19 psi
I once again have fallen back in LOVE with my car

haha I know but I almost wish i didnt see him, sucks that I lost from a low MPH roll, I knew better............ used to Greddy I guess only being good down low, this kti is complete opposite.
well at least I know I wont have a problem with a stock Z06, lol

Lol intake, exhaust and some other things can equal big power on an ls7, could be anywhere to another 25-30whp or another 100whp if he had h/c with the bolt-ons. So to me that makes your kill that much more exciting. A non-stock z06 can become realllllly fast realllly quick.
