EVO magazine didn't rate the S2000 and gave it a poor review overall for some reasons which were never really clear. They did independently record an 0-60 time of 5.5 seconds though.

Evo tends to rate cars in a very "UK" way. They didn't like the lack of flexability of the S2000 motor. They like to be able to just romp on a car and have it pull hard from a slow corner.

as an aside that does not really matter too much to this thread, i managed a 3.65 0-60 last time i had my car at the track.

See my sig... i think in all the board hicups that happened last night, it might have not been there when you posted your response...

And since your going to ask...

Upgraded turbo
full de-cat exhaust
larger injectors
a tuned unichip ECU
injen intake
samco hoses (intercooler and turbo inlet)
a water spray kit for my stock intercooler

Thats really it.

[B]Honda quote the official time for the S2000 as 0-62 in 6.2 secs. If you do the maths that's 0-60 in 5.8secs. I reckon you can go to the bank with that figure and keep your clutch.

Well if you want to examine your post again, it looks like we used exactly the same formula!

If you want to examine my post again you will see that I simply restated what you said and disagreed. Don't know what formula you used but if a car is doing 60 MPH I don't think it will take .4 to achieve 2 more MPH, capish? If I am incorrect please provide the formula you used.

The car flys now, but there is much more on the way.

I can't wait to get a real turbo on here and i also am looking forward to some closer gearing.
