unfortunately the majority of S2000 owners can't drive anywhere near the car's potential. Launching the car is a bitch, and its not like it has THAT much power to work with. Maximas are stomp your right foot, and GO I would imagine.

At least you recognize that the car was above the driver, I dont see why everyone is going nuts on you.

Hotwhlz, if you own an S2000 then how about checking out the Carolinas club and making an introduction. There are very few members who live in Fayettenam and more would be welcome. We have meets and events all the time. I and the others would overlook your apparent put down of another S2000 owner who was behaving in a way that is, lets say, not recommended.

Ok, everyone I am publicly apologizing to anyone I offended in the result of my post. Hell, I drive a 2002 S, the post was for the guy in North Carolina that was trying to launch on a rainy surface.

Here maybe this will lighting things up.

There was a city cop on his horse waiting to cross the street

when a little boy on his shiny bike stopped beside him. "Nice bike," the

cop said. "did Santa bring it to you?" "Yep," the little boy said,

"he sure did!" The cop looked the bike over and handed the boy a $20

ticket for a safety violation. The cop said, "Next year tell Santa to

put a reflector light on the back of it."
The young boy looked up at the cop and said, "Nice horse you got there sir, did Santa bring it to you?"

"Yes, he sure did," chuckled the cop. The little boy looked up at

the cop and said, "Next year tell Santa the dick goes underneath the

horse, not on top."

As for talking shit you really don't me, but if you are ever in NC, (FT Bragg to be exact) look me up. I am pretty easy to find. Until then consider yourself killed along with this topic. Any further comments send them via email you are wasting good internet time on the S2K site.
Apology accepted. But curious, are you threatening Alex and I? Consider myself killed? Man, it's an internet forum. All that anyone here asks is for some courtesy and respect and that's it. Get real.

On the bottom right there's a drop-down menu "Thread options." Select Open/Close Thread and voila!

On the street encounters forum, there's always a lot of bashing going on. You'll find a much better response from your local clubs. When I first came to S2KI, I had one of the racing guru here consistently bashing me for months until we both called it truths. I now stay most of time in my local club and get to be apart of some of the biggest S2000 meets in the U.S.If someone here is bashing you, don't let it get to you and don't reply to them.
