Default 06 s2k vs 06 sti

couple of nights ago I was stopped a light and a black STI pulls right next me. its about 11:30pm or so no cars around..he had at least 1 passenger in the car and i was alone. He started reving up so i push my VSA off im reving right at 5-5.5k. Light goes green boom we take off. first gear hes ahead by a nose 2nd gear Im ahead by 1/2 car 3rd gear im still ahead!! street turns into 1 lane I slow down he kept going on the oposite lane. I reached to about 75 mph. lol I KILLED IT! I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES! btw i prolly had my best launch ever in 3years! mannn. i was soo happy! lol. and ohh it sounded and looked stock, I on the other hand, have the K&N FIPK and thats it.

From a dig, Sti should pull immediately..

From a roll, It's almost even (edge to the sti) until ~60mph where the Sti will pull.

The point: S2k vs '06 sti is not a driver race.

is there any shred of truth to this? Some of these "encounters" are so funny. I might as well join in. The other night, a 911 turbo pulled up next to me and I hit VTEC and I blew him away. I'm stock but so was the 911.

Because an STi that maybe traps @ 100-103mph is anything like a Porsche 911 turbo that runs mid 11's while trapping in the 120's.

A stock Evo 8?

Believable against a stock STI with a crappy driver.. Find a good driver though, and bye bye..
