Stock STI arn't that fast I've ran 2 and up to about 120 I had a 1-1.5 cars

I keep playing it over and over in my head and I still can't believe i pulled that off. I was ****ing jumping up n down in that little car while having the tightesttt grip on the wheel! lol it felt great and i loved it and i wanna do it again. I definatly wanna go against a skilled driver next time tho for sure..

 

it's a freakin street encounter guys. driver factor, whether the opponent was pushing it or not, street condition, blah blah blah. Stay away from comparing purely the numbers. It's useless. This one is definitely possible if OP had an excellent launch and sti wasn't well driven.
It's not a story where our VTEC smoked the shit out of Z06 or something.

 

Have any of you guys ever been to the track? STis cutting 2.2 second 60 foots, S2ks running 15s, etc.

Most people can't drive. Chances are 50% of this thread can't get their S2000 below 14.5.

 

I know I suck at driving and I fall in that 50% of the "can't."

 

I've been to the track. all we have down here is an 1/8 mile strip. I was getting 9.0's consistenly with a 150lb passenger. there was an evo running 8.7's. didnt see no STI's tho.

 

Coming out of the hole if he was only a ahead by a nose then you beat a really really crappy driver.

I think its possible. I have a friend wit a tuned 04 STi and we would always play everytime we get bored. from a dig he pulls just 1 car ahead and would remain that way until the finish line.
