Default 2012 Nissan Gtr vs a couple vettes

hey guys, my uncle recentley got rid of there 08 Gtr with a couple mods and picked up the 2012 Gtr. I had a task, to put 1000 miles on it so i had it for a 4 days and did some racing. (dont worry my uncle knows). The 08 had cobb tune, midpipe, catback and harmon motive intakes. It ran 10.7 at 128.6mph. the new one runs 11.0 at 124mph. The launch control is setup to actually be used and is WAYY better then the old one. he are some races from this weekend. both of the vette guys had Drag radials and both good drivers. The new gtr that my uncle got is going to be modded soon... this is a 100 percent bone stock 2012. i will have some more vids when cobb releases there 2012 gtr tune.

C6 corvette(silver one) intake, corsa exhaust, tune. went 11.8 at 120mph
C5 Z06(black) Intake, full exhaust, Cammed. went 11.3 at 125mph.

ls motors typically pick up substantially from a good cam swap. buddy of mine picked up nearly 8mph in the 1000 (probably 10 in the 1/4) from a stock cam to his t-rex. all hp, it was on slicks so it wasnt inflated trap from tire spin

... I think Nissan's break in is 1200 miles, that's how long it is on the Xterra... I would have thought that if anything it would be longer on an GTR if anything.

Some people say that you arent supoosed to take it easy during a "break in" period, as you should really be getting on it (once car is warmed up) to allow get the valves to seat properly and everything else.
