The nice weather arrived today so my brother wanted to ride in the S with the top down. I Took him all over driving on the side streets and finally decided to head home. We took the highway to get back since it was way faster. So I am driving along around 65 just cruising when I see in my rear view some guy pulling up fast cutting off traffic and so on. Since he is being a real a-hole to others I am compelled to put him in his place.


I drop her into 3rd and wait for him to come up on me. The guy flys by and I hit the gas redline 3rd, 4th and 5th!! We are cruising down the highway and the guy is trying to shake me off his tail big time but I keep right up. Finally the other lane opens up and I shoot across into the right lane and go to 6th and I finally pass him doing 145 and pull ahead by about 8 car lengths. I pull back over into the left to let him know he officially lost.

At this point all 3 lanes are filled with traffic and there is no where to go. I bring it down to around 70 and he is riding my ass when all of a sudden this guy cuts across 3 lanes and decides to race off on the shoulder. The guy is kicking up rocks and salt, making tons of noise driving on the rumble strip. You can hear all the debri getting kicked up while he speeds off. The guy had ALOT of traffic to pass before he could get back over into a normal lane. He finally pulls back over and speeds off into the distance. Being content that I won there was NO WAY I was going to follow suit and destroy my car. 1 Mile to go before my exit and who do i see? The same Audi A6 pulled over on the shoulder with the guy bending over looking under his car. Hmmm.. i wonder what could of happened?

Did I mention I drove 145 with the top down? Damn..i think I got wind burn and my brother almost pooped in his pants after our spirited drive. I don't think he will be asking for another ride for a while.

145 with the top down? are you modded? i don't think my car will even hit 145 with the top down.

 

No Mods....and the speedo definately read 145. We were crusing for a while to get to that speed.

 

It will definitely hit that speed! I hit 147 with the top down! You have to stay in 5th though!

 

ive done 142 with the top down and bone stock....really really windy!

 

I got 150 with the top down and two people in the car. I have a SC. 155 with the top up.

 

nice kill, that guy is going to kill someone and he has no respect for his car. dick!

 

Our dealership told one guy that we have a governer at 136 on our S2000.
