This was a fun race. I was on my way to the toy store to buy bubbles for my lovely daughter. It was a decent day sun shinning but a little chilly. I took the XT b/c there was rain in the forecast. As I get out on the streets I see a purple colored 350z, nice color by the way. There is a car in the other lane so I could not get beside him. I did notice him looking at me in the rearview mirror. The light turns green and he takes off . He got the jump since I was not expecting it. He WAS a manual cause I could see the car rock when he shifted. By 45ish I was on his bumper and had to slow down
I get beside him and slow down trying to entice a roll race. He obliged We went from about 30 mph. I got a very slight jump which he closed by 50, but funny thing is from about 60 on I started to pull away by about 1.5 cars. So needless to say I am still very happy with this stock XT. Mods will start probably next year but I am still looking for one more project car any suggestions?

Yeah, I am still dumbfounded on how fun this vehicle is, and to think I was going pay up to 30K for an EVO or STi. With the XT, I get 3/4 of the performance with more room. And I have yet to start modding....let the good times roll. If you are in the market for a family car I highly suggest checking one out.

MR, huh? That is one great looking and performing car. But I don't think it is far enough under 35K for it truly to be a possible choice

Another one bites the dust! My favorite threads to read.

Does any company make mods for these sleepers?

Thanks guys.

I try to only tell the most entertaining kills or loses. Yeah there are some mods available for the car, but I think in another year or so there will be a tons of parts for the XT.

At least that is the way I am gonna dream

Need more info on the XT check out
