NO, I think what the OP did was slammed the shifter into third 3rd gear without revv matching. Good and quick to way f@#ked up the drivetrain...

No mine tranny is not f@#ked up. Its my dd, and its still fine. I've done it many times for the last 10yrs and it still drives fine. I was hoping it would be so i'll have an excuse to upgrade to an ap2 tranny. Like the saying goes, if its not broken, then dont touch it.
