I think you're just desperately S2000 dick riding. I never realized a factory NA car is a better base for power then a FI car off the dealership lot. But that's besides the point, you're one of those people who acknowledges how slow your car is and compensates by speaking in hypothetical's.

You can make anything fast with money. Under these circumstances a Stage 2 Sti is faster than an S2K and that's that. Stock for stock they are close as myself and many others have experienced.

EDIT: Also LOL @ AWD cars should avoid roll races and S2000's aim for the highway.

i like the roll racing thing lol.

Newsflash buddy, whp, whether awd or rwd, is the same.

it's measured at every wheel on their car, so they have 280-300 AWHP.

Roll racing doesn't make you lose whp bro.

I dunno.

I'm not really sure what it entails, but at the very least a downpipe, cobb accessport, exhaust... then after that maybe injectors and a new turbo? Or upping the boost on the stocker.

Ok well i want people to stop saying its so cheap to make an STI fast. I can make an s2000 faster for almost half that.

Stage 2 is Software & Turboback as far as I know. All can be had for much less than $1000 used. The Access port which flashes the car is like $350, put the rest toward a turbo back of choice. It is actually pretty cheap.

You can make a car faster than that with your bottles but not everyone is willing to depend solely on a consumable for their power (Which also has it's own cost) , I sure wouldn't. Much rather have 24/7 usable power, not an on and off switch.

I raced my friends BONE STOCK 05 sti and we were neck and neck from 20-110. My car: 01 with just K&N filter and exhaust, but from a stop obviously he would win.

oh yea, but thats also with me nailing every shift perfectly
