I has both cars. an 01 s2k and an 08 si.
At the track, the si was faster with a 2.3 60 ft than my s2k was with a 2.1 60 ft.
It's all because it has torque from 4k-6k area where my s2k doesn't has any
Looking at this video, you shoulda put your top up
and for the people commenting about it being a good run considering he's modded? These si's run high 14's AT BEST when stock. If you don't mod em, they ain't going anywhere.

do a 20 roll with an si. youll laugh when hes 4-5 cars back. i had literally an intake and he was far back, he had intake catback and flashpro tuned to 13.8 afr and vtec at 4300. he was flatshifting like hell too. a 40 sucks for an untuned s2k. a 45 roll is beast cause at least you start in VTEC!!!
Also he didn't have a header? He's missing about 25 horsepower in the midrange without a header.
