10 days and you've already made yourself out to be an idiot. And you don't even own an S2000, and you haven't driven a TT.

A 350Z shares its platform with the G35, and FX suv. Is it also a POS because it utilizes the ingenious concept of platform sharing so that Nissan/Infiniti can offer the customer more bang for their buck?

I guess Honda/Acura must be retards as well for building the Accord/TL/RL on the same platform.

Your "good friend" has a 1.8T because you obviosly haven't driven the 3.2TT w/ Sline

Completely transforms the car into a fun, refined, engaging, classy ride.

You don't buy a TT solely based on performance as you would (to a greater extent) the S2000. You also buy it for it drop dead gorgeous look, its avant-garde interior, its impeccable build quality, luxury, and status, none of which attributes are present to as great a degree in an S2000.
The honda build quality is top notch, but what you fail to realize is I couldn't care less about the "avant-garde interior" etc. When I bought a roadster the only question I asked was, "What has the best performance (handling etc.) for the price and the S2000 won hands down. The TT was a frilly waste to me because I'm not into the extra frills. If I wanted avant-garde I would just by the new m roadster and have the best of both worlds. I also think it looks lackluster at best, but that's just my opinion.

Agreed. 10 days on here and he's already proven himself to be a troll.

If you've "been on the forum" for 5 years you:

A. Wouldn't talk like a jackass
B. Would own an S2k

S2000's are great but learn to respect other automobiles out there. As I pointed out just because a 350Z shares the FM platform with an SUV, it doesn't make it a piece of crap. Likewise, just because an Audi TT shares its platform with an MkIV golf, it doesn't mean its crap either.

Learn more about cars and mature a little, instead of making impulsive, retarded posts.

The S2000 suited your needs best, as it did mine. But, just because you don't place a avant-garde interior, and a luxurious experience at the top of your priorities list doesn't mean others dont. Furthermore, as I mentioned earlier, you haven't been in or driven a 3.2TT - a TT with some real balls that delivers well on the performance part of the equation.

It's the S2K is the best car in the world syndrome that owners seem to have these days. Nothing wrong with the TT. I drove the TT yesterday and 1. It's a great cruiser. 2. It's fun. 3. It handles well for the weight. 4. And it's fast enough. 5. My gf likes the car. Actually it's hers, since I bought it for her birthday.
