might as well post it since i dont get a street race often haha.

saw this red 3000GT around my area few times and finally got to a light with him.

normal start but i was on the cautious side and once i heard the V6 rumble i punched it in first at about 10-15 mph.

instantly started pulling. by the top of third and into fourth id say at least a car and a half if not more (i was able to see him in my rear view mirror)


told him gg and was u turned cause i missed my street.

VR4, SL, or base 3000gt
My first car 93 nissan maxima SE pulled on my friends 3000gt base. So beating a sl or base 3000gt is uber easy.

 

VR4's are pretty fast I thought. Which model was this?

 

Couldn't have been a VR-4.

What a difference between models with the 3000gt. Usually the model up is not twice as fast to 60 mph.

 

Yeah, the plain 3000 and the sl models are pigs. The VR-4 though with twin turbo, awd and 6-speed is a completely different story. The only way you can really tell the difference between models is the badge on the back. The wheels were different but most of the ones i've seen don't even have the original wheels on them anyway. You can be in for quite a suprize if you don't know which one you're dealing with.
