Have anyone of you guy ran a b20 vtec with a 55 shot of NOS. He wanted to run me, but didn't want to get a ticket, too many cops around. Anyways, what are the chances that will beat an s2k? what do you guys think?

 

b20 vtec in what? a CRV or a hatch back or what? lol

 

What have you done to the S?

If your stock I would say there is no chance unless he breaks something during the race. If your FI or squeezing go for it!

I have raced my freinds all motor EG fully built 2.1 liter compression is roughly 13 to 1 and he uses race gas. The only time I was in front was off the line that ended soon as he got traction after that the EG was gone.

My car is stock except for a K&N and Exhaust.

 

what tires is he on? depends on traction. i lost by a car to a built B with 75 shot, but i lost by 1 car, the dude was in shock, cause he saw me blowin em off out of the hole. you COULD do ok, depends on drivers, ap1 is harder to launch than ap2. your likely to get spanked, if this guy is quick. lates

I remember a while back there was a video post of some guy in his S2 running 3 EG hatchs with swaps. B16, B18c and H22. walk both B, but got walked by the H22. I wish i could find it. Maybe someone has the link

 

i have a video of me beating an ls/vtec integra by several car lengths. after that, however, he turned on the 50 shot and was then able to beat me.

 

my friend had a built b18 with a b16 head on a eg hatch...walked me...but it was still a close race.

I think you would lose against a built b20. traction probably wont have anything to do with it...unless you only race in first and second gear. If he loses traction...you will probably stay ahead of him through 2nd but after he shifts to third he will catch and pass you.
