Black S2000 VS My eclipse
Thanks guys, I cant wait to get my S if i can get it at all. I'm hoping everyday. I'm sick of the turbo cars, drinks gas, bad throttle response with all the lag, and plus with the mods its less reliable. Once I get the S I'll have to ask your guys advice about what headers, intake and exhaust to get. Thanks

Thanks for the advice DJAuggie. I'll check the solenoid out and hopefully it will solve my problem. I cant hear any vacuum leak, but then again it doesnt overboost too much. I think the 2nd Gen eclipses have some kind of safety system in which the ECU recognizes if detonation will occur, and just cuts the fuel instead. But you are right, if it does happen I wont get too much for the car. Man I cant wait to sell it.
My rents are going to come to the States to help me pick out a new car, and the only problem is my mom hates convertables. She is so adament about how unsafe they are. Does anyone know the safety ratings of the S? Especially in rollover situations? It would help me out as far as convincing her. My dad would be cool about it i'm sure. ALso, does the available hardtop help in the event of a rollover? Thanks

I raced last year a yellow one, what seemed modded, driven by an Asian guy. That race of course, went my way. In Wethersfield, to not name exact places incase this site is monitored...
