I have seen his car. It is fast but not WRX fast.

 

How can it not be WRX fast, when it is blowing away Z06's left and right?

 

FYI, spoon does not make a tranny for the S2000.

 

so does he have everything he claims? i'm sure that's all ppl want to know here. thanks man! and his SC S2k is slower than a wrx (stock?)? correct me if i'm wrong, but i thought they'd be MUCH faster. thanks.

 

WRX is very mod friendly. It doesn't take much to turn this into low 13's car.
For about 1000 bucks you can get boost controller, unichip, up and other goodies.

Fastest WRX with mods(stock turbo, stock internals) ran as fast as 12.3
Watch out for these things.. with bigger turbo they can run easy low 11's all day.

 

Oh dang, I thought I saw some tranny parts for the s2k in a catelog from spoon? I must have been dreaming....

SC s2k will EAT stock WRX
Stock WRX is no match for even stock S2k. But if you run them from a dead stop, besure to drop @6-7krpm
These things are AWD+turbo and do 0-60 between 5.5-6 seconds like our cars. They can hang pretty well with S2000's

It's much easier to kill them from a rolling start(highway) because they have sorry gearing and poor aerodynamics
