I think ill do it the 06 blue or all pearl white. I didn't expect or think to be close just got to run one. I was suprised just as much as he was.

Good choice. 4.77's make me sad though, I hit 145-150 all the time when doing true highway races...and yes, I do them top down, and yes, I do need that 145-150 speed at times.

In the nova area I chose not to go over even 110 120 sometimes just because they're so strict around here I never raced past 125 mph that's fast enough for me. All the newer sports cars do like 100 in 3rd gear though. I wish I could swap out my 5th and 6th for somethin taller but keep the low end gearing.

what are you talking about? WTF.. this stuff is pure stupidity.
i have tons of friends with C5 z06s. from stock, with suspension (track guys) to guys with mild bolt ons and spray, and all out blown cars. ive ridden in them all. i love them to the point i want one BAD. but dude, ive raced almost all of them, just to see how bad i lose. and they all know my car anyways. the stock ones, ive yet to lose to one. in the 1/4, on the street, i typically have 2+ cars on them. from a roll, dead even till about 140. the bolt on ones, of course start beating up on me. and the blown ones buslength me.
so how the hell with 300+ wheel would you even mutter, that a stock c5 zo6 is gonna beat his s2k? you cant be serious.
on the flip side of this coin, i do know, SC s2ks, are slow. ive driven quite a few of them, and humped every one ive ever raced. once they are cranked, and tuned, then of course, id lose. but the bolted on ones, its no contest.
and 4.77 ap2, thats just stupid anyways. as you make more power, you want taller gears. not shorter. unless your literally DRAG ONLY.

I had no trouble running with or dispatching many C5 Z06's with my S2000 but I had a surprise under the hood and ran around with 116 octane all of the time.
