I lost second gear....after about three years FI I was waiting for it..I haven't launched but maybe twice in the last year but I use to a lot which probably weakened it so it was bound to happen.

O speaking of not launching ... I went to the Drag strip last week and didn't launch. I had a 2.8 60 foot but still pulled off a 13.1 at 121 mph 
I think the tower said something about my flames shooting out of the exhaust lol.....

actually first goes to 60, second 90, third 125, fourth i think 155, 5th 175 then sixth tops out around 198-200. Good race none the less and excellent power too! 
. 6th is more of just a hwy cruising fuel economy gear. Nice run, I am surprised you stayed with him with only 414 whp and so little torque.
