So last night there was a pretty big meet out in the chicago burbs. We cruised to the city and hung out at a nice turn around parking lot off of lake shore drive. On the way there I had some fun with some various cars. mostly GTI's and a nicely done 280z, didnt line up with any but whenever one went WOT I would give chase and pass them up. Anyway, one of my fellow S2000 owners showed up at the end of the meet and we decided to take a cruise thru the city. Well while we were on lake shore drive some guy in an STI comes up flying behin us and starts pacing us. My budy is ahead of me in his AP2, he has a PMR intake and an Asura Exhaust. They they off and the STI start to pull slowly, I give chase and pass up my buddy and then the STI. I let off the throttle and as he passes me up he gives me a thumbs down, wtf lol. So I line up with him. I even wait till he goes WOT and then give chase, he instantly puts a car on me because I was just waiting for him to go. I downshift and give chase and in no time im reeling him in and after a few seconds I have about 3 cars on him. I let off since our exit is coming up and he flys by. I dont know what goes thru ppl minds when they feel its necessary to give someone a thumbs down because they lost. I have lost plenty of times and always give them a thumbs up. we cant win them all lol

 

Kingfunks car has my old asura exhaust, his car is to slow Since I have gone turbo I cannot find anyone to race Sounds like your car is running well though.

 

why did u get rid of the Asura? such a great exhaust even for FI. did u go single 75mm? Yeah car is running great at 300rwhp. still trying to find time to install and tune a few things. shooting for 400. Oh and we have a meet on friday, come on out. look in the local thread.

 

I have the ptuning exhaust and turbo now. Yes I need to get to a meet! Have my dad coming in from Canada this weekend so Friday not going to work.
