Dont listen to this idiot.

There are conflicting reports to the power output of the 04s. One guy on here said they definitely dynoed a lot higher than the 00-03s but the North Texas club had 2 04s at a dyno day and they barely dynoed a couple hp higher if that than the older models.

Just wait a few months when the Hydrogen powered one is released. It'll have hydrodynamic inboard/outboard drive and seven speed semi-automatic gear box. It won't have any more power but will have quicker acceleration due the new 6.10 rear end. Top speed will not be compromised due to the a revised secondary output gear and 5th and 6th gears with 7 fewer teeth each. To combat the "heatsoak" problem, the rad will be moved to behind the engine, making for a true cold air short ram intake. For our added comfort and safety, both airbags will incorporate the 3rd generation "soft pillow" technology while deploying 56.8 microseconds faster. A small child or baby will be perfectly safe in the passenger seat. The blind spot that now plagues the current will be eliminated by the introduction of an 100% clear vinyl soft top that is self latching.
Pricing will be substantially reduced from the use of recycled wrecked S2000's that were spun in the rain by unsuspecting owners.

Why are you guys pulling this guys leg? Poor guy. He is just a newbie or a kid, cut him some slack. He just wants to know if an older S2000 encountered an 04 S2000 in the streets.
