Default E46 M3 vs s2k

I didn't "win" so all the M3 fanboi's can leave now. I did however show up a cock little teenager driving daddy's M3. I was driving down Frank loyd wright on my way home from work, this silver E46 M3 comes up on me. He fly's around me then slows down. I'm not one to turn down a challange, no matter the odds. Give it alittle gas to pull even w/ him rolling at about 65mph, slow down a few more mph and pop it into 2nd. He downshifts, so I punch the gas. Thru 2nd were even, beautiful shift to 3rd still even. Before I shift into 4th he hit's the breaks and falls back behind me. I figure he had enough, so I put it back into 5th and continue on my way home. No more than 30 seconds later, the M3 blasts past me. Ricer Fly by for the win!

I haven't had good experiences w/ M3 drivers ever. Last time I went out w/ my friend Scott in his stage 3 SRT-4. These 2 guys in an M3 pull up and start revving on us. We roll off the light and pulled them pretty hard thru 3rd gear. Then they jsut shutdown and act like they weren't racing.

Maybe people should learn to drive before they buy a freaking badass car.

*PS* I've had my ass handed to me by average M3 driver's, so I know this kid sucked.

to cocky M3 drivers.

When I was stock it seemed I saw an E46 everyday.....

Now that I'm SC'd........I've yet to see one... ....

If the time is right.....I'm looking foward to the encounter just to judge for myself.

Maybe he didn't know how to work the SMG. First time I drove one of those ers I was completely lost. It could have also been an SMG in automatic mode.

So let me get this straight...you're running about 60mph and downshift to 2nd gear?

i think they were at 65 but slowed down to a lower speed to the point at which he could downshift to 2nd. that's how i read it.

A 'few' indicates 3ish mph...maybe 5 mph, the S200 and the M3 for that matter don't have much left in 2nd at those speeds. The M driver could have easily hit 3rd and should have pulled away pretty hard.
