If you all remember i talked about ym friends GT wanting to race me.... i waited and waited and i finally did it... we both lined up in first rolling at like 20.. we nailed it and i took his car by about half a car . maybe less...it was very close. but i won three times.. i realized that if we were to both be going the same speed in the same gear hed smoke me... i need to have my rpm High to pull away from him.. after all we build horsepower at higher RPM.. so all of everyones advice was correct... winning or losing in the s2k depends on the gear your in.

 

what year was his gt?

 

it was a 2000 GT... he is not stock however.. he "doesnt know whats in it" but he spanks stock GT's all day long... we cant find what high performance on his car but something makes it really fast...

 

How come he doesn't know what mods are in his GT? Isn't that his car? Or did he buy it used and that's the way it came?

 

cause hes bullshiten... he bought the car showroom brand new.. custom side exhaust and it sounds mean.. he says he has no clue what make sit faster but i think hes just hiding it...he also payed close to 32 grand for it.. it has the roll bar, front lip, chrome 17's and other stuff.. im just not sure which performance mods it has.

 

Could be a Roush stage 2.

What do you guys think about our S2k against 2000 Cobra, stock on stock? Should be good race, no?

That's pretty funny how different people hear "GT" and different pictures pop into their minds...So it's a Mustang, right?

 

oops, my bad, I didn't read the "it was a 2000 GT" so it was a mustang. Yea s2k's are quicker.
