I did not launch hard just a 4500 clutch feather and it seemed to take forever to get to vtec.The conditions were good with low humidity and mid 70s.No weight reduction,everything was still in the car and the so2s were at 32psi.I only made one pass because i was chicken shit and didnt want to brake the car 5 hours from my house.I did however lay an ass kicking down to a 69 camaro!! This is a stock vortech setup with 317whp.Without a doubt a 12 sec pass is very possible with a set of balls and maybe a 6k clutch dump?!

The car has an act hd pressure plate and a my 04 transmission.The exhaust is stock along with the cat.I do have a vafc2 which is adding some fuel at the top end.No other mods have been made to this car....yet!Thanks for the kind words.

20-25psi in the rears and a hard launch and you'll be easily into the 12s.

 

nice times, def a better 60 foot and ur looking at 12's. Some educated track guys may shed some light on this, but do your roll hoops allow you to run under 13.5's at the track? Convertible cars that are modified in any way are not allowed to run lower than a 13.5. I know because I've been punted lol.
