I wont do the 5RPM launches anymore I'll learn to drive the car. The car was made to do whatever I want to do. Its my hard earned money if I want to put 19 inch spinners on it I can do it because its my money. I wont do it of course

I got the car to have fun in. I mostly do alot of back road driving. I put about 500 miles on it in 2 days It was mostly my brothers influence since he wanted to race. You guys have a very nice forum too props on that.
Good for you

Don't let some of these preachers get you down - do your own thing and enjoy a fantastic car!

When I bought my S2000, Honda was still advertizing a sub-6 second 0-60. That's one of the reasons I bought mine. Clutch and rear end gave me zero problems after dozens of clutch-drop starts. Don't give us crap about how it is not a drag car. It is what you do with it.

Or haven't you ever heard about many clutches sticking to the floor in all years of Z06 vettes after some hard launches? Guess they're not drag cars either? Pfft.

7k launch are you serious? I just launch at 6k today and my tires were spinning for awhile + i have wider tires.. I think 7k would just make your tail spin out.

I did it at 5500 today and only pealed out a lil.. and got a good take off. I tried at 6000 and it was to much peel out. Maybe it was just the run, or me. IMO 5500 is good.

Well I drive my bros G35 all the time! That thing has more torque. I got the car to drive it like it was meant to be driven.
