Alright, my car is pretty much stock ( have Sparrow exhaust) and I know Vipers are a LOT faster than the S. I was cruising around with my Brother and we meet a Viper RT/10 at a light. We both look slackjawed and give the driver compliments and beg to hear that beast. He laughed and barely reved it. Then he really lets the beast loose and I finally get to hear it. I start to rev and get up to about 7000-7200 RPM. As soon as the light turns, we both drop the hammer. I got a half car length on him.........in first........then his tires quit spinning ( a little ) and he passes me like I'm a three legged dog trying to run backwards. The guy was very cool and actually complimented me on the S. The Viper is awsome! I live in a semi rural area, so we don't see many Vipers, let alone S2K's.

Pulled up beside a Viper GTS today (BRIGHT red)...

That car's wheels were as wide as my damn S2K...very nice

Hey, be nice!! My dogs all have four legs, thank you very much. And yes, it was a blast getting my a$$ handed to me. I don't know much about the Viper, but you cannot go wrong with raw power. I think I caught him off guard with my great (for once) launch. LOL, I beat a Viper by a half a car length dawg!

Here in the capital of Kansas, you won't see many S2000s or Vipers. So while driving my S, I get lots of stares. The most enjoyable stare I have got thus far was from a dude in a brand new red Viper. Funny to see someone in a Viper gawking at a S2000.
