You should easily take your dad. The TL is no speed racer.

auto TL are way slow...... but the 6spd with bolt ons and light weight pulley will pull on a stock-ish s2k.

i'd REALLY like to see that. i highly doubt even a TL-S can trap over 100 and you're saying a 04-08 TL can ?
man i get tired of having to always post this. I came from an 04 6MT TL and i race plenty of 08 6MT TL-S's and it was a drivers race. i also raced a couple s2k on the freeway n it was also a drivers race with the TL having a bit of a power advantage.

here you go, btw there were other tests by different sites doing 100mph. this isnt the only one.

I have both - an 07 TL-S and my 05 S2000. The TL-S gets off the line faster but the S2000 would be quicker to whatever speed...

You must've been living in a cave. Next thing you'd say is a Camry V6 cannot trap 99 or 100mph? You want proof for that too?

Eh, I'll just post a link for you just in case: http://www.caranddriver.com/features/07q1/...amry_v-6_page_5

I've seen as high as 101mph.

From a roll a V6 Camry would put up a pretty good fight against an S2000. Considering each generations V6 makes more and more power it's bound to destroy S2000's in the near future.

No-one that drives a Camry is going to street race
