Will do... Also, will the fact that we weren't speeding and that the officers never Radared(is that a word?) gonna help matters?
Thanks

It might. Just tell your lawyer everything that happened and you probably won't even have to show up in court.

I find it hard to believe the court will let this ticket go since it was clear there was street racing involved. I hope you get out of it though. Please post the outcome.

I've heard of situations like this going to court before. In one case, the individual's name and address was incorrect. Guess what? Case goes to court, judge requests the ticket to be "amended" and individual is found guilty
Hope that doesn't happen to you..good luck

Well, Based on the report from a lot of people, I'm gonna have the lawyer talk to the Clerk/DA... Also, I'll talk with the mayor(friends with his son) and the Chief of Police(got connections there too)

For those of you that are filling my head with hope(for which I'm very greatful), have you seen anything like this with yourself or your friends happen before? Thanks....

Yes. I wasnt racing mind you, but I received a ticket and instead of putting my weight down on the ticket, the officer wrote overweight. At the time I was 5'6" and about 135. I showed this to the judge and he immediately threw it out. I have also seen where the officer mis-spelled the street it happened on and it was thrown out.

yea, I know someone who got a ticket but the cop made a mistake on the ticket and he was let fully off the hook.

Trust me, this isn't like a scheme or anything, it's the law.

Well, thats good to know... DO you know of what procedures I need to go through to get out of it because of this, or am I doomed to at least face the court?
