You could still do Formula Fords or Formula Mazdas just for fun. I plan on doing F.Mazda or Fran-American next season.

That's the MP4/12 McLaren F1, it's a 1997 car, which is a lot slower then the current 2002 F1 cars... so maybe a 70 sec lead for our S would be right!

Here are some times;

Suzuka, Japan

Formula 1 top qualifying speed 2001 - 1min 36sec
500GP top qualifying speed 2002 - 2min 05sec

As you can see, not even close.
