Interesting races tonight...
Yup! It's Friday again and i'm back....I missed last week due to vacation and i'm anxious to get it on tonite.
Not a lot of cars tonight, most of them are civics and crx. I was basically watching the races for hour without a touch of action. My friend came and told me that there's this Si that wanted to run me. Si? Y? Are you kidding? He then told me that it's S/C'ed (now this is a different story
). I was a little nervous/anxious, never race a s/c'ed si before and I have no clue what the outcome will be. We lined up, i did a little burn-out(hyper
). Launched at 6.5=PERFECTO. Spuns/hook and off i went. He had a bad launch, so I immediately got a car on him, red-lined to 2nd and grap about another car. To third and all of a sudden he's pulling on me
. Put i holded my ground and still got him around 1-2 cars by the end. He told me he had a BAD launch, so we lined up again. Same perfect launch, and he got a perfect launch also. I got him around 1/2 car through 1st, 1 car through 2nd and we stayed like that all the way trough 3rd gear.
Boy! that Si was fast, I can't shake him, after shifting to third in both races i checked my mirror and he's right there, not giving up.
The owner was very nice, we talked for 30mins after that. His mods: Jackson S/C, Header, Exhaust,No cat, MSD and some fuel management. *Stock clutch/tranny*. Mine mods:Cel phone, bottle of Ice-Tea. He's getting a new clutch and i promised him that i'll run with him again. Very nice guy.

My friends ran on foot-the other guy won
Prelude vs B16A CRX-Prelude by 1 car
S/C 5.0 Mustang vs. 20psi GSX- GSX by 3-4 cars
