I have a bone stock 02 is300, raced an Ap2 s2000. 60mph roll on the highway. We were even at first, and when he hit vtec he was goneeeee. An immediate 3 car lengths. Really shows that the hp/weight ratio makes a huge difference.

You should turbo your IS. It will be a beast!

Yeah that was me. I have the Mugen style CAI otherwise stock for powermods.

It was a fun run shavedturbo, I have always liked those IS300s awesome cars. I rarely race anyone but it was just such a nice cool night i couldnt resist. The first time we went i was right at 6k in 4th. The 2nd time i was at ~7k in 3rd so it had a little more kick that time

IS300 is a nice car. I raced one with my old Spyder(4G63T) w/intake BOV and 14psi. The IS had no chance, we tried 3 times before the guy gave up. Gave thumbs up and went our way. We were doing 50mph pulls to about 130mph(fuel cut)and I'd end up 7+ cars ahead.
