I'll admit that I knew the S2000 was quick, but I didn't realize that it was down right FAST until I had driven one .
I think that slowly but surely the rest of the automotive world is waking up to the fact that the S2000 is not just Honda's version of a Miata (nothing against the Miata). But we allready know that, don't we

[B]15.2 is pretty damn good. But in all fairness, this wasn't even a Z24. We're talking stock hubcaps and everything.
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against ANY car, just their operators!
EVERY engine has potential. I've seen a street-driven '72 Beetle pull a wheelie through third gear, a full-size blazer light up all four for at least twenty feet, and an Alfa Spider bounce its rear like a low-rider because of rear wheel spin. What it all comes down to is the knowledge and responsibility of the driver. I have no problem doing 120MPH+ on a public road, as long as I am not going to put ANYONE else in harms' way. Whether its a passenger, pedestrian or another driver, I don't like gambling with somebody elses' loot! I guess that's why I get all jacked up
when another driver endangers the innocent or unaware... and believe me, the number of unaware is growing exponentially!!!
God help us all when minivans rule the road!!!
