Sounds about right, but I do have one comment, You were in the right gear (1st) at 25mph. That is the vtec engagement point in first and that gear will run you until 36 give or take. You would have lost worse in 2nd gear. Next time try him from dig. Stock for stock our cars have the advantage down low and the 350 has it up high so I figure even with his mods your best chance is from a stand still. Just make sure you know how to launch the car.

In this case a 350Z beat an S2K. I thought it was a nice story compared to a lot of other hogwash. I'm sure there are also plenty of S2Ks beating 350Zs and vice versa. Why don't people just carry 0-60 or 0-120 times or 1/4 mile times from a published source and just show it to each other at the light. "Mine's 5.6 seconds to 60. You?", "5 flat". "Gratz! You win."

Yeah i know but i was only in first for about half a second then i had to shift. He had the advantage of torque and being in 2nd gear. When i shifted he just took off HARD as he was getting into his power band.
