Killed a 99 Lightning
One of my co-workers just bought a used Ford SVT Lightning .
Finally had the chance after a round fo golf last week.
40 mph start and we were off. I got the jump and got him in my power band and that was the end of the race. Pulled him about two lengths and kept waiting for him to spool up...never did.
Shut it down just over 110 when it became obvious that he could not catch up.
I asked him this morning for a little picture of a Ford Lightning to put on my fender! He is not happy!
Gonna try again later but I have to say it wasn't that impressive. Certainly less than I expected.
Now ...from a dead stop.........

Good Kill Dave !! You might want to tell your co-worker to check his intercooler though. A lot of lightnings have intercooler problems. I would want to antagonize the poor guy too much though because if he gets a chip it's all over for the S2K unless you roll on from 80 ++.
