Lamborghini Countach
There I was this morning, driving to work....feeling awfully sorry for myself because I am driving to work and not to the Dragon. I was the first car in the left lane at the stop light so I took the opportunity to vtec and get a little rush. As I let off, I noticed a mean looking red flat sports car in my rear view about 3 cars back in the right lane. I knew it was a Countach. So of course I slowed down to wait for em. When he saw my brake lights and me slowing down, he jumped in the open left lane and hit it. When he past me I was at 6000 in 2nd and I hit it also. He past me and shifted to the right lane and was pulling away from me nicely up to 8700 (WOT) and part of the way through 3rd (WOT). He tapped his brakes and put on the right turn signal and coasted down to make his turn. I just shifted to nuetral and listened as that bad assed v12 coasted down before making his right turn, and Ohhhhh what a sound. That distinctive growl and the crackling from the exhaust was music. This is a rare car around the orlando area, so I was pleased to be able to run with one....even if it was only for 7-10 seconds. It brightened up my day for a minute, but I still wish I was in Asheville.
