There I was on Ocean Ave in Santa Monica stopped at a light and I heard "Excuse me" from the car next to me. I looked over and it was a cop, so I said "yes". He said "You wanna race". I said, "only if you promise to not give me a ticket" He asked what kind of car it was and I told him and then gave him a little rev on the engine through VTEC, he liked it. He told me to take care. I waved as he pulled away.(I was making a left otherwise I might have accelerated fast up to the speed limit ofcourse)

 

Sounds like an attempt at entrapment to me.
