75-100 wet shot N2O+Gears = high-mid 12sec S2K. All for about 1K. But you are also going to need a clutch, if you cant put it in yourself then you are going to add at least another 1K. But thats for a really good clutch and labor to put it in. Clutches can be had for much cheaper on ebay though

The '07 Z4 3.0 can be pretty strong at high speeds. They dyno quite a bit more hp and torque than the S2000. A stock S has the best chance at low speeds rather than high. From 0-100mph, the S may keep up, but 0-150mph, the S will be at least a couple seconds behind, because the Z4 3.0 is stronger and more aerodynamic.

why in the hell are you racing people with heavy ass rims, and a set of 4 springs and shocks in your trunk?
you just pwnd yourself...... why are you talking about a S/C? ditch the shit out of your trunk, swap your stocks back on, and Ill put money that you are dead even.

Are you talking about going to modify your S2000 "just" to gain that little advantage to beat the 3.0si?
Not worth the money IMO. Someday you'll still run into an MZ4.

yea basically you kill yourself w/ those heavy rims, plus for a stock s2k. that's the driver skills, were u in vtec once u drop in 65mph?
Ive had more races then you have hair on your head so no need to act like i dont know anything about my car. If you know anything about s2k's you would know that when your at 65mph you are clearly in V-tec.
